la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexisma.com\/legislation\/maroc\/2017\/127-12\">loi n\u00b0 127-12<\/a>\u00a0r\u00e9glementant la profession de comptable agr\u00e9\u00e9 et instituant une organisation professionnelle des comptables agr\u00e9\u00e9s, a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 par le Conseil de gouvernement, r\u00e9uni le 14 avril 2022.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le texte pr\u00e9voit les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019application de certaines dispositions de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexisma.com\/legislation\/maroc\/2017\/127-12\">loi n\u00b0 127-12<\/a>&nbsp;pr\u00e9cit\u00e9e ainsi que celles de la&nbsp;loi n\u00b0 53-19&nbsp;la modifiant, notamment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>la fixation des modalit\u00e9s d\u2019organisation du concours d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la profession de comptable agr\u00e9\u00e9&nbsp;et de l\u2019examen d\u2019aptitude professionnelle&nbsp;pr\u00e9vues par les dispositions des articles 21 et 103 de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexisma.com\/legislation\/maroc\/2017\/127-12\">loi n\u00b0 127-12<\/a>&nbsp;;<\/li><li>la d\u00e9termination de la nature et de la dur\u00e9e de la formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue par les&nbsp;articles 4 et 5 de la loi n\u00b0 53-19&nbsp;modifiant et compl\u00e9tant la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexisma.com\/legislation\/maroc\/2017\/127-12\">loi n\u00b0 127-12<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce projet de d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation de deux commissions charg\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>de l\u2019\u00e9tude des dossiers de candidature\u00a0;<\/li><li>du contr\u00f4le des conditions d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li><li>de la d\u00e9termination des sujets et de la date des examens\u00a0;<\/li><li>des d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations des r\u00e9sultats.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
